While GRVT works towards a more community-centric approach, Community Insiders will take on greater influence in driving the growth of our brand. We welcome individuals from all walks of life, who are united by a shared passion for building something greater beyond themselves.

Role Descriptions

Ambassador

• Serve as the main point of engagement for new and existing community members, fostering a welcoming environment
• Enforce community guidelines, manage member behavior, and address conflicts for a positive culture
• Share feedback with the core team to shape the community strategy
• Monitor channels for community guidelines adherence and assist with member inquiries

Moderator

• Collaborate with the core team to create content and execute community growth strategies
• Analyze engagement metrics for community health and propose improvements
• Mentor and support Ambassadors, guiding them in community management best practices
• Serve as an escalation point for complex support issues and community crises, working closely with the Community Manager

Community Intern

• Develop and execute strategies to grow a vibrant, active and supportive Discord server dedicated to cryptocurrency enthusiasts
• Analyze engagement data trends and member feedback to enhance community experience
• Lead the community team, providing support and resources for Ambassadors and Moderators to excel in their roles

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the crypto industry, GRVT’s platform, and the broader blockchain ecosystem
• Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages being a bonus
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and community building
• Ability to commit a minimum 20 hours per week to community activities, including availability during peak community interaction times
